Specialmeeting was called by Common Consent of the City Council for the
purpose of canvassing the vote of the Tigard City Budget Election.
City Recorder reported the result of the July 16, 1974 budget election
as follows:
K 348 ballots read "YES
603 ballots read "NO"
I ballot incorrectly marked
952 Total ballots cast
The majority of the ballots read "No" opposing the proposition.
Motion to accept the results of the election: Councilman Cook; seconded by
Councilman Moore.
Approved by majority vote of Council present.
