APPROVAL OF EXPENDITURES & INVESTMENTS: $46,1.55.00 (a) Councilman Moore requested staff to make a stronger attempt with the insurance company regarding recovery of the $100.00 deductible collision insurance with respect to an automobile accident which occurred' 9/30/73. TRI-COUNTY COMMUNITY COUNCIL (a) Mr. Don Sterling, representative of Community Council did not appear however, Council reviewed their brochure. 6. APPROVE REQUEST FOR COMMEMORATIVE TRE PLANTING (a) Nathan Lawrence of Twality Jr. High requested per- mission to honor Mrs. Rosa Tigard by planting a com- memorative tree. City Administrator suggested school collect funds and city staff will help select appropriate site at Cook park for tree and plaque.
