TRASH HAULING VIOLATiONS City Administrator reviewed recent violations of hauling cardboard as well as other violations of city's garbage franchisee ordinances. Matter has been turned over to city attorney for revisions to garbage franchise ordinance relating to the hauling of cardboard. 8. OREGON ELECTRIC RAILROAD PAYMENTS City Administrator stated payment for improvement was being with- held until railroad crossing was improved in accordance with agreement. 9 S.W.
