Special meeting was duly called with common consent of Council for
the'purpose of considering the acceptance of S<W; 109th and Murdock
Street Dedication.,
City Administrator reviewed circumstances regarding street improve-
ment and
mprove-ment'and reported Cooper DevelopmentCorporation had posted a cash
bond escrow agreement and executed a Street Dedication Compliance
Agreement. City has inspected the street and recommended acceptance'.
(a) Motion by Councilman Moore to accept Street Dedication and
authorize execution of document by City, seconded by;Councilman
Norton.
Approved by;unanimous vote of Council present.

NOTICE TO CALL SPECIAL MEETING BY THE MAYOR
In accordance with the provisions of the Charter of the City
of Tigard, Mayor Floyd H. Bergmann has called a special
meeting°; of the Tigard City Council for Saturday, December
29 1973, at 12 Noon, at the Administration office of City
Hall. The meeting is called for the purpose of accepting
the S.W. 109th and S.W. Murdock Street Dedication
