Special meeting was duly celled with common consent of Council
for the purpose of terminating the temporary moratorium on
issuance of building permits within an area served by the S,1,i,
Gaarde Street interser_tion
City Administrator reviewed recent deveiooments 'and recommended
Council remove the moratorium. At such time a� the developers
have complied with Uniform Building, Code and Subdivision
Compliance Agreements, buildings may be occupied,'
