City Administrator reported School District was requested by Wash- ington County to furnish a list of pedestrian and bike paths that they felt should be a matter of priority in the Tiaard community for funding under the County's 1% gasoline tax. School District has adopted resolution establishing a committee composed of people in the area for studying bike paths and pedestrian ways, City will serve .in a staff coordinating roil on this committee and hope to supply some guidelines as to where sde.aalks and path- ways mightbedeveloped. Council to consider appointment of member or members to serve on this committee, C. City Planner called attention to modification in planning Commission scheduled meeting February 20t.h, in that the open meeting will begin at 8:30 P.m. Holly Tree Subdivision, Partial Acceptance. This subdivision :is ready for acceptance by the City, except, for the street overlay and the repair to the pathway along the greenway. Thisworkwill be completed no later that July, 1973. I have verified with their Bonding Company, that the Quadrant Corporation does have a bond in effect and will remain so until the City accepts all improvements as per the subdivision compliance,agreement. 2. JackA. Benaroya Company Sewer Aqreement. This is a stock sewer agreement to serve properties of the Jack A. Benaroya Company located on the corner` of S.W. Franklin Street and S.W. '66th`Avenue. This line will serve the new Allstate Insurance Building. ' 3. Douglas Johnson Sewer Contract. This is a stock sewer agreement to serve properties owned by Mr. Johnson on S.W. 103rd Avenue across from S.W. View Court. Mr. Johnson proposes to build a line from S.W. McDonald Street to his property. 4. _ Milkovich Sewer Contract. This is a standard sewer agreement between the City of Tigard and Vincent P. Milkovich. This agreement would allow connection to the City's sewer system at the intersection of S.W. North Dakota Street and S.W. 115th Avenue. 5. 115th Local Improvement District. You will find in your folders information we have put together for the formation of a local improvement district. I would like to have the Council establish the boundaries of the district, the extent of the improvements, sidewalks, lights, etc. , and approve preliminary plans. I would also like to have the Council authorize the Department of Public Services to proceed with plans and specifications for this project. 6. B.O.R. Grant. A motion, is needed to authorize the execution of the agreement for the improvement of Jack Parka Page 2 Council Memorandum 7. Cooper Development Corporation, .Street Dedication CoMn . ante A%K! ement. This is a stock contract which requires Cooper to dedicate and construct a'portion of S.W. 109th Avenue from S.W. Canterbury Lane to S.W. Murdock 'Street and `a portion of S.W. 'Murdock Street from S.W. -109th to S.W. 106th Avenue.
