A. City Administrator stated property owner on Saw, Walnut across from
Bellwood Subdivision has requested sewer service, City Attorney,
has drafted an agreement between City of Tigard, Unified Sewerage
Agency and Clark Industries' to extend the sewer service, City
Administrator recommended adoption of agreement,
(1) Motion by Councilman Moore approving agreement and authorizing
Mayor and City Recorder to execute on'behalf of the City;
seconded by, Councilman Norton.

B. Councilman Norton sugg .+st.ed Council review the Frank's Garbage
Franchise in view of the number of customers who are not paying -
their bills, Councilman Norton suggested the customer •.vas not
paying because of poor service rather than inability to pay.
Council discussed matter and instructed City Administrator to
send form letter to names on list and ask if there are any
mitigating circumstances regarding the delinquent accounts,
