Knauss, City Attorney F. A. Anderson, City Administrator Robert K. Logan, Keith C. Thompson, City Engineer; Doris Hartig, City Recorder 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 3. MINUTES, for approval October 9, October 16, 1967 (a) Correction to minutes of October 9, 1967 Add Mr. Vern Chilson's name, testified against pro- prosed zone change on Gould-Ems public hearing, item #14 (b) Correction Minutes approved as submitted 4.` RENEWAL OF OLCC LICENSE FOR RON'S GREEN VALLEY TAVERN (a) Motion to approval renewal: Councilman Ball, Seconded by Councilman Knauss Approved by unanimous vote of Council 5. STATUS OF PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEMBERS (a) Mayor Kyle pointed out that 3 members who live outside the City Limits are serving on Planning & Zoning Commission. Oregon State Law provides that a maximum of two,members of Planning & Zoning Commission may reside - outside City limits. The Mayor recommended that Mr. Annand be appointed as an ex-officio member and serve in the capacity as coordinator between Washington County and City of Tigard zoning. ,With the approval of Council, Mayor Kyle is to discuss .the situation with Mr. Annand and report'back` to Council. (b) Mayor Kyle requested 'a letter be sent to all Planning and Zoning Commission members commending them for ;serving on the Commission. 6. SETTING PUBLIC'HEARING ON PROPOSED VACATION OF PORTION OF CUL DE SAC ON S. W. 94th AVENUE (a) City Administrator recommended a public hearing be set for November 27, 1967, 8:00 P.M. and the City collect a fee' Of $50-00 to cover expenses. (b) Motion to set hearing and collect fee of $50.00: Councilman Moore, Seconded by Councilman Bergmann Approved by unimous vote of Council. 7. ORDINANCE 67-63 - ORDINANCE ANNEXING LANDS OF EULALIA'M. OTHER BUSINESS 1. Mayor Kyle announced that the public hearing on;the proposedbond issue has been post-poned to,November 6, 1967, 8:00 P.M., Fowler Junior High School 2. Mr. Wayne Adkins requested that Council take some action in the Pinebrook"Subdivision.in order that the A.G.A.`'properties may continue building. It was suggested that-Mr. Adkins discuss this further with the City;Administrator in an effort to work out, a remedy to the 'situation. 3.
