"Adopted by unanimous vote.
5. PINEBROOK ANNEXATION BOUNDARIES
Considerable discussion on the Annexation ElectL,_,u Boundaries
for the Pinebrook Subdivision occurred. It was moved by
Councilman Well, Seconded by-Councilman Fisher that ,the City
accept the recommendation of the :City;Administrator as to'..
boundaries for the Election. Councilman Bergmann and Councilman
Knauss ecpressed the desire that the proposed election boundaries
should not encircle the Little Bull Mountain Area. Call ,"or
vote resulted in Councilman Well and Councilman voting
for the boundaries as proposed by the City Administrator. :' council-
man Bergmann and Councilman Knauss voted against the proposed
boundaries. Mayor Kyle cast the tie breaking vol=_, 'voting for
the boundaries as proposed by the City Administrator.
Motion carried 3 ave to 2 no
City Administrator and City Attorney are authorized-to prepare
the necessary 'material so that an Annexation. Election Can be
held in January 1967.
