SOUTINEST T^A_. >PREEL Ii.FR0VBMIE T PLANT - Tigard DereloFrment Flan It was moved by Councilman Klock, Seconded by Councilman Well, and carried tha' the City Council agrees in principle to the latest Tigard Development t".ain Street Improvement Flan. The City agrees to pay a maximum of '$20,000 of the project cost and to request an add- itional $20,000 from Washinaron County. The property owners would pay;the balance of the-project cost. The Plan would include underground utilities, ornamental street lighting, sidewalks, curbs, turning circles, storm drains and new paving. This proposal is adopted- only if 51% or more of the S.W. Main ;:Street property frontage owners agree to the'terms of this motion. Should the County refuse to pay any part or all of. the $20,000, the difference in project cost would be the responsibility of the S.W. Main Street property owners.
