"Bold Harmless'Agreement" with U.S. Marine Corps Reserve

1. Report given by City Administrator on request of Mr. Roy
McIntyre of Suburban T.V. Repair for a loading zone on
S.W. Main Street.
It was moved by Councilman Klock and Seconded by Councilman
Bergmann, and unanimously carried that Council instruct the
City Attorney to draft an Ordinance for one 'loading zone with a
3.5 minute time limit. The location will be designated by the
City Administrator.
