Approved.
4. PARKING PROHIBITIONS
(a) 99-W and McDonald Avenue (north and south side) to
allow sufficient space for left turn bay.
It was moved by Councilman Klock and seconded by
Councilman Knauss and unanimously carried that
Council instruct the City Attorney to draft an
ordinance prohibiting parking on 99-W and McDonald
Avenue, with the stipulation that the footage be
checked before the Ordinance is drafted.
(b) Highway #217 to Greenburg Road, and Highway #217
to Main Streeton Highway 99-W.
It was moved by, Councilman Woodard and s:=conded
by Councilman Knauss and unanimously carried that
Council instruct the City Attorney to draft an
ordinance prohibiting, parking on'Highway,99-W
from Highway #217 to Greenburg Road and from
Highway #217 to Main Street.
(c) It was moved by Councilman Klock and seconded by,
Councilman Bergmann and unanimously carried that
Council instruct Ttttorney Anderson to draft an
Ordinance which will convert the angle parking on
Main Street to parallel parking from S.W. Burnham
to the Railroad, and restrict parking to 2'hours
for theentirelength .of Main Street between the hours
if9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. daily, excluding Sundays
and Holidays.

it was moved by Cour.�ilman Bergmann and seconded by
Councilman Klock and unanimously carried that Council
instruct the city Ad+r,inistrat.or to circulate a petition
among tt.e j roreri.y owners on Main Street and obtain
signatures in support of construction of 50° of new
pavement, curbs, side,,.,al.ks, ?ten feet where right-of-way
is 70" except that sidewalks wiT.l be 5° on both sides
west of S.W. Burnham, and 5` sidewalks where the right-
of-way is 60°'; . Underground utilities and new street
lights if economically feasible.
6. ZONING ORDINAN',E ADDENT::)M
It was moved by Councilman Klock and seconded by Council-
man Woodard and unanimously carried that Council authorize
the City Attorney to draft an Ordinance for a part of the
proposed Zoning ordinance (Chapter 110 through 190) , to be
made apart of the present Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
7. TIGARD-BhAVER7GN PROPOSAL
it was moved by Councilman Klock and seconded by Council-
man Bergmann that Council instruct. the City Administrator
to join with the ,city Manager of Beaverton to determine
the cost of a joint study for consolidated services.
8. ZONING - Setting of Public Hearing on the, property located
at 10030 S.W. Walnut Street, Tax Lots 2300, 2301,
and the proposed zone change is from R-5 (resi-
dential), to A-2 (multiple Dwelling) .
