MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING NOVEMBER 12, 1964

Mayor Woodard called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. and
announced this is a special meeting called for the purpose
only of canvassing the votes of the recent election held in
the City of Tigard on November 3, 1964. He requested the
City Recorder to read the "Resolution declaring result of
election of November 3,,1964. '
The City Recorder then read the Resolution in full which
is attached hereto and made a part of these minutes the
same as if copied herein in full.
Councilman Bergmann: I move we adopt the Resolution. Motion
seconded by Councilman Kyle and upon call for vote was
unanimously approved by Council all members being present.
Councilman Cooper: I move we adjourn. ,!lotion seconded by
Councilman Kyle and unanimously approved by Council.
Adjournment taken at 7:10 P.M.
