Attorney Anderson: Thee will have ao sic.n an arplication
that will also be a consent' to annex.
Councilman Klock: The chances to here apparently are
changes .that are recommended by our legal staff so the
basic part remains the same. I'make a motion that we
adopt the w•1"Pement and have the Attorney write 1�p the
Aareement in 'final form as s1=ggested and allow Dir. Pate.^^n'
to go ahead with the sewer 'line. Motion second.d 1)y
Councilman Cooper and upon call for vote t:e motion was
unanimously approved, majority of Council ?.eines present.
