WgBRBAS, the hereinafter described Lads included within the corporate limits of the City of Tigard are likewise lucluded within the boundaries of the Metager Sanitary Districts and WHEMA89 pursuant to the provisions of Sections 222.520 and 222.524 O. R. S., the Council of the City of Tigard.
