A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MELODY GRAEBER TO BECONIE A VOTING MEMBER OF THE
BUDGET C0111IIT 1 E,E TO COMPLETE THE TERM VACATED BY DENA STRUCK
WHEREAS, one position is open on the City's Budget Committee due to the recent resignation of Dena
Struck; and
WHEREAS, Melody Graeber was appointed as the alternate member of the City's Budget Committee in
December,2010; and
V HEREAS, Melody Graeber has agreed to become a voting member of the Budget Corrm&tee and has signed
the City's Code of Conduct for committee members.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLti'ED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Melody Graeber is appointed to complete the position vacated by Dena Struck. This term
ends December,31, 2012.
SECTION 2: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
PASSED: This 22 day of 2011.
