TIGARD CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION NO. 10--ZQ
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING KAREN HUGHART, DENNIS MITCHELL, AND MIKE
STEVENSON AS VOTING MEMBERS AND APPOINTING KIM MORELAND AS AN
ALTERNATE MEMBER OF THE TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the Transportation Advisory Committee was formed by City Council Resolution 09-14;
and
WHEREAS, Dennis Mitchell, Mike Stevenson, and Anthony Rivano were appointed to the
Transportation Advisory Committee to complete partial terms which will expire December 31, 2010,
creating three vacancies; and
WHEREAS, Dennis Mitchell, Mike Stevenson, and Anthony Rivano are eligible for reappointment to
the Transportation Advisory Committee and Anthony Rivano has chosen not to apply due to schedule
conflicts; and
WHEREAS, Karen Hughart was appointed to the Transportation Advisory Committee as an alternate
member on July 27, 2010; and
WHEREAS, Dennis Mitchell, Mike Stevenson, Karen Hughart, and Kim Moreland applied for
appointments to the Transportation Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor's Appointment Advisory Committee recommends that Council appoint
Dennis Mitchell, Mike Stevenson, and Karen Hughart as voting members of the Transportation
Advisory Committee with terms expiring December 31, 2013, and Kum Moreland as an alternate
member of the Transportation Advisory Committee.

NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Dennis Mitchell, Mike Stevenson, and Karen Hughart are appointed as voting
members of the Transportation Advisory Committee with terms expiring December
31, 2013.
SECTION 2: Kim Moreland is appointed as an alternate to the Transportation Advisory Committee
with a term expiring December 31, 2012.
SECTION 3: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
