TIGARD CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION NO. 10-6.5-
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING WAYNE GROSS AND PAUL JACKSON TO THE TREE BOARD AS
AT-LARGE MEMBERS
WHEREAS,Council by Resolution No. 01-02 established the Tree Board;and
WHEREAS, on November 18, 2010, the Mayor's Appointment Advisory Committee recommended that
Wayne Gross and Paul Jackson be appointed to the Tree Board as at-large members.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Wayne Gross and Paul Jackson are appointed as at-large members of the Tree Board serving
a four year term beginning on January 1, 2011 and ending December 31,2014.
SECTION This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
PASSED: This day of 2010.
