TIGARD CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION NO. 10-6:g
A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING MARGARET DOHERTY AND APPOINTING JASON
ROGERS AS VOTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, two voting positions on the Tigard Planning Commission expire on December 31, 2010;
and
WHEREAS, Margaret Doherty was appointed as a voting member of the Planning Commissioner in
January 2007 to a term expiring on December 31, 2010; and
WHEREAS, Margaret Doherty is eligible for reappointment to the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS,Jason Rogers applied for appointment to the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor's appointment Committee recommends that Council reappoint Margaret
Doherty and appoint Jason Rogers as voting members of the Planning Commission.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Margaret Doherty is reappointed to the Planning Commission to fill a term which
begins on January 1, 2011 and expires December 31, 2014.
SECTION 2: Jason Rogers is appointed to the Planning Commission to fill a term which begins on
January 1, 2011 and expires December 31, 2014.
SECTION This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
PASSED: This day 2010.
