RESOLUTION NO. 10-�5_
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING RICHARD SI IA`'EY TO THE PLLNNNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, there currently exists one vacancy for a voting member on the Planning Commission for a term
that expires on December 31,2013; and
WHEREAS, Richard Shavey was appointed as an alternate Planning Commissioner in January=2010 to fill a
term that expires December 31, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor's Appointment Advisory Committee recommends that Council appoint Richard
Shavey to the Planning Commission.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by theTigard City- Council that:
SECTION 1: Richard Shavey is appointed to the Planning Commission to fill a term that expires
December 31, 2013.
SECTION 2: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
PASSED: This day of 2010.
