A RESOLUTION APPOINTING STEVEN W. BASS 11, DON FOX, MAUREEN JEFVERT
WOLF, AND MIKE STEVENSON AS VOTING MEMBERS OF THE TRANSPORTATION
ADVISORY COMMITTEE; APPOINTING KAREN HUGHART AS AN ALTERNATE; AND
ESTABLISHING TERM EXPIRATIONS FOR ALL TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY
COMMITTEE ME,MBERS.
WHEREAS, Tigard City Council Resolution 09-47 specified that the Transportation Advisory
Committee would include a total of eleven voting members consisting of eight residents of Tigard and
three owners or managers of businesses within the City of Tigard; and
WHEREAS, Tigard City Council Resolution 09-14 established that initial terms will be for three years,
but that Council shall determine a means of staggering appointments of members appointed initially to
ensure membership continuity; and
WHEREAS, there currently exist three vacancies for business representatives and one vacancy for a
residential representative on the Transportation Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, there currently exists one vacant alternate position on the Transportation Advisory
Committee; and
WHEREAS, Don Fox is the owner of Fox Clinic in Tigard; Maureen Jefvert Wolf is an elected
member of the Tigard-Tualatin School District Board of Education; Mike Stevenson is the owner of
B&B Print Source in Tigard; Steven W. Bass 11 is a resident of the City of Tigard; and Karen Hughart
is a resident of the City of Tigard; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor's Appointment Advisory Committee recommends that Council appoint
Steven W. Bass II, Don Fox, Maureen Jefvert Wolf, Mire Stevenson as voting, members of the
Transportation Advisory Committee, and Karen Hughart as an alternate member of the
Transportation Advisory Committee.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Don Fox, Maureen Jefvert Wolf, and Mike Stevenson are appointed as voting
members of the Transportation Advisory Committee as business/property owners.
SECTION 2: Steven W. Bass II is appointed as a voting member of the Transportation Advisory
Committee as a resident.

SECTION 3: Daren Hughart is appointed as an alternate to the Transportation Advisory
Committee.
SECTION 4: The current and newly appointed members of the Transportation Advisory
Committee shall have terms expiring according to the following schedule:
Terms for Dennis Mitchell, Anthony Rivano, and Mike Stevenson. will expire
December 31, 2010;
Terms for Don Fox, Maureen Jefvert Wolf, Steven W. Bass 11, and Christopher
Warren will expire December 31, 2011; and
Terms for Basil Christopher, Cam Gilmour, Jennifer Stanfield, and Jeremy
Vermilyea will expire December 31, 2012.
SECTION 5: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
