A RE-SOLUTION APPOINTING MORT ETTELSTEIN, BRETT LIEUtxLLEN, AND DAVID W kLSH
TO THE TREE BOARD AS AT-LARGE E MEMBER S
WHEREAS, Council by Resolution No. 01-02 established the Tree Beard;and
WHEREAS, on November 9, 2009, the Mayor's -Appointment ent Advisory Committee recommended that Mort
Ettelstein,Brett Lieuallen,and David Walsh be appointed to the Tree Board as at-large members.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Mort Ettelstein, Brett Lieuallen, and David Walsh: are each appointed to four-year terms on
the Tree Board as at-large members beginning December 31,2009.
