A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT #11 TO THE FY 2008-09 BUDGET
TRANSFERRING $40,000 FROM GAS TAX FUND CONTINGENCY TO THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM TO PAY FOR UNANTICIPATED EXPENDITURES FOR
STREET LIGHTS AND SIGNALS.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard pays for street light and signals electricity and maintenance out of the
Gas Tax Fund; and
WHEREAS, expenditures for street lights and signals have been higher than anticipated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The FY 2008-09 Budget is hereby amended as shown in Attachment A to this
resolution to transfer $40,000 from Gas Tax Fund contingency and increase
appropriations in the Community Development program of the Gas Tax Fuad to
allow for unanticipated expenditures for street lights and signals.
SECTION 2: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
