A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET VIA. BUDGET
AMENDMENT #9 TO THE FY 2008-09 BUDGET TO INCREASE APPROPRIATIONS IN
THE URBAN SERVICES FUND TO ALLOW TRANSFER OF THE FUND TO
WASHINGTON COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard desires to transfer urban community development services to
Washington County; and
WHEREAS, during fiscal year 2006-07 the City terminated its contract with the County to provide
services to the urban area, and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to amend the FY 2008-09 Budget to increase appropriations in the
Urban Services Fund.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IF RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The FY 2008-09 Budget is hereby amended as shown in Attachment A to this
resolution to recognize an additional $7,000 in beginning fund balance and increase
appropriations in the Urban Services Fund to allow for the transfer of money to the
County.
SECTION 2: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
