ARESOLUTION RE-APPO TONY TYLERTOTHE TREE BOARD
WHEREAS,Council byResolut on No.01-02 created a five to seven member Tree Board,and
VMEREAS,,on February 25, 2009, the Mayor's Appointment Advisory Committee recommended that Tony
Tycer be re-appointed to the Tree Beard as an at-large member.
NOW, REFORE,BE IT RESOLVED bythe Tigard City C Cotmcil that.
SECTION 1 Tony Tycer is appointed to a four-year term on the Tree Board beginning May 31,2009.
SECTION2: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
