A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ALEXANDER CRAGHEAD TO THE CITY CENTER ADVISORY
COMMISSION,TO DILL THE UN IRED TERM OF FORMER COMMISSIONER LILY LILLY
WHEREAS, in 2006, Tigard skaters approved Urban Renewal and Tax Increment Financing for use in the
Downtown and
WHEREAS, the City Center Advisory Commission consists of 9 members appointed by City Council to act as
an advisory body to the City Center Development Agency, the Urban Renewal Agency for the City of Tigard;
and
WHEREAS,S, the Cite Center Advisory Commission bylaws require Commissioners to be residents of Tigard or
own businesses or property within the City Center Urban Renewal District;and
WHERE-AS, Commissioner Icily Lilly has moved from Tigard and is no longer eligible to serve on the
Cormnission;and
WHEREAS,Alexander Craghead lavas been serving as an alternate on the CCAC.
NOW,THERE ORE, BE IT RE-SOLVED by the Tigard City Council that.-
SECTION
hat;SECTION I: Alexander Craghead shall be appointed to the City Center Advisory Cotntnission as a voting
member to fill the unexpired term of former Commissioner Lily Lilly. This term will expire
on December 31,2009.
SECTION 2 TI-ds resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
