A RESOLUTION APPOINTING RIC:;K, PARKER TO THE BUDGET GDIvMTTEE AND
APPOINTING DAN GOODRICH IDRIC H AS AN ALTERNATE IVIENIBER OF THE BUDGET COMMITTEE
-fF'REAS, two positions are open on the City's Budget Committee due to Rich Parker and Brian McMurray
completing their established terms; and
WT-IEREAS, the Mayor's Appointments Advisory Committee conducted interviews of several individuals on
February 9,2009; and
WLIEREAS, the Appointments Advisory Committee has recommended that Rick Parker be re-appointed to
the City's Budget Committee ittee In addition, the Committee has reconnuended that Dan Goodrich be appointed
as an alternate member.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED bythe Tigard Cry Council that:
SECTION 1: Rick Parker is appointed to three-year-term to the City Budget Committee beginning January
1,2009.
SECTION 2: Dan Goodrich is appointed to a one-year term as an alternate member to the City's Budget
Committee beginning January 1, 2009.
SECTION 3: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage,.
