A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT "415 TO THE FY 2007-08 BUDGET
INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS BY $30,000 IN THE PARKS CAPITAL FUND BUDGET TO
REFLECT THE ADDITIONAL ANTICIPATED COST ASSOCIATED WITH A TRANSFER OUT TO
THE GENERAL FUND OF THE TREE REPLACET\/1ENT REVENUE.
WHEREAS, The City Council approved appropriations of $422,620 un the FY 2007-08 budget for the transfer
of tree replacement revenue from the Parks Capital Fund to the General Fund; and
WHEREAS, the Citycollected $30,000 more than anticipated in tree replacement revenue during the 2006-07
fiscal year, and
WHEREAS, to properlyaccoint for the additional revenue transfer it is necessaryto increase appropriations in
the Parks Capital Fund budget by$30,000.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The FY 2007-08 Budget is hereby amended as shown in Attachment A to this resolution to
transfer $30,000 from the Parks Capital Fund contingency to Transfers to provide sufficient
appropriations to complete the tree replacement transfer to the General Fund in the current
fiscal year.
SECTION2: This resolution is effective immediatelyupon passage.
