A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT A COST OF LIVING ADJUSTMENT FOR THE
NiANAGEMENT/SUPERVISORY/CONFIDENTIAL GROUP EMPLOYEES EFFECTIVE JULY 1,
2008
WHEREAS, the current sal<a y schedule for the Management/Supeivisoty/Confidential Group employees was
Last amended for a cost of living adjustment in FY 07-08 ;and
WHEREAS, die Management/Supervisory/Confidential Group employees are not represented by a collective
bargaining agreement;and
WHEREAS, the City Council discussed this matter at their June 24"', 2008 meeting.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: A 3.1% cost of living adjustment effective July 1, 2008 is approved for the
Management/Supeivisoty/Confidenti<zl Group employees.
SECTION This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
PASSED: This day of 2008.
