A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MARTHA WONG, KEVIN KUTCHER, AND PETER LOUW AS
VOTING MEMBERS TO THE QTY CENTER ADVISORY COMMISSION, AND APPOINTING
LINLI PAO AS AN ALTERNATE TO THE QTY CENTER ADVISORY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, in 2006, Tigard voter approved Urban Renewal and Tax Increment Financing for use in the
Downtown; and
WHEREAS, the City Center Advisory Commission consists of 9 members appointed by City Council to act as
an advisory body to the City Center Development Agency, the Urban Renewal Agency for the City of Tigard;
and
WHEREAS, there are currently 3 voting member vacancies and 1 alternate vacancy on the City Center
Advisory Commission; and
WHEREAS,the Mayor's Appointment Advisory Commission interviewed several candidates and recommends
appointing Martha Wong, Kevin Kutcher, and Peter Louw as voting members to the CCAC; and Linli Pao as
an alternate.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Peter Louw shall be appointed to the City Center Advisory Commission as a voting member
to a term which will expire on December 31,2009.
SECTION 2: Martha Wong and Kevin Kutcher shall be appointed to the City Center Advisory
Commission as voting members to terms which will expire on December 31,2010.
SECTION 3: Linli Pao shall be appointed to the City Center Advisory Commission as an alternate to a term
which will expire on December 31,2009.
SECTION 4: This resolution is effective immediatelyupon passage.
