A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE NOTIFICATION OF NOMINATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF
NOMINATION FORM AS SET FORTH BY ORDINANCE NO. 08-OLO (TIGARD MUNICIPAL
CODE 2.40.020)
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 08-Ns of the Tigard City Council was adopted on May 27,2008;and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance No. 08- Q U amended Tigard Municipal Code Section 2.40, Nominating
Procedure;and
WHEREAS, Tigard Municipal Code Section 2.40.020 was amended to provide that the notification of
nomination and the acceptance of nomination form is to conform to the format adopted by Resolution of the
Tigard City Council.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The Notification of Nomination and the Acceptance of Nomination formats are hereby
approved as shown in Exhibit A,which is attached to this resolution.
SECTION This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
PASSED: This day of 2008.

months or more immediately preceding the election in any area which is within the corporate boundaries of the
