A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT #13 TO TIIE FY ?999-Q9 BUDGET TO
INCREASE APPROPRIATIONS IN THE IUMAN RESOURCES BUDGET WITHIN THE POLICY
AND ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM TO REFLECT THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH A CITY-
WIDE ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENT.
WHEREAS,in support of the City's Complete Community Initiative to align resources and activities, a City-
wide Organizational Assessment must be completed at a cost of$ 15,000;and
WHEREAS, the need for the Organizational Assessment was not anticipated doting the preparation of the FY
2007-08 budget.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The FY 2007-08 Budget is hereby amended as shown in Attachment A to this resolution to
transfer $15,000 from the Central Services Fund's contingency to Huunan Resources to
provide sufficient appropriations in the current fiscal year.
SECTION 2: This resolution is effective iirunediately upon passage.
