A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING REX CAFFALL AND STUART HASMAN AS VOTING
MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS,Rex Caffall was appointed to the Planning Commission in December,2003;and
WHEREAS,his term will expire December 31,2007;and
WHEREAS, Stuart Hasman was appointed to the Planning Commission in March, 2007 to fill the unexpired
term of a former Commissioner,and
WHEREAS,his term will expire December 31,2007;and
WHEREAS, doth Rex Caffall and Stuart Hasman are eligible for reappointment to the Planning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, they were interviewed by the Mayor's Appointment Advisory Commission and were
recommended for reappointment to the Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Rex Caffall is reappointed to the Planning Commission to fill a term which will expire
December 31,2011.
SECTION2: Stuart Hasman is reappointed to the Planning Commission to fill a term which will
expire December 31,2011.
SECTION 3: This resolution is effective immediately-upon passage.
