TIGARD CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION NO. 07-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY,A DEDICATION DEED TRANFERRING TITLE OF NON-ACCESS RESERVE STRIPS
TO THE PUBLIC FOR STREET PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, certain non-access reserve stomps at the temporary ends of streets were conveyed to the
City as required for approval of subdivision development permits; and
WHEREAS, when streets are extended, the non-access reserve strips need to be dedicated to the
public for street right-of-way purposes; and
WIEREAS, the streets have been extended at the non-access reserve ships; and
WHEREAS, the Washington County Surveyor is requesting that six non-access reserve strips be
conveyed to the public for street purposes.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The Tigard City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to sign a Dedication
Deed dedicating the non-access reserve strips to the public for street purposes. A
copy of the Dedication Deed is attached hereto as Exhibit 1, and incorporated herein
by this reference.
SECTION 2: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.

The Citv of Tigard does hereby dedicate to the public a perpetual right-of-way for street, road, and utility
purposes on, over, across, under, along, and within the following described real properties in Washington
