RESOLUTION NO, 07- LpQ
A RESOLUTION MAKING THE FOLLOWING APPOINTMENTS TO THE LIBRARY BOARD:
RICHARD HEATH TO A FOUR-YEAR TERM AND JENNIFER VASICEK AS THE ALTERNATE
FOR A TWO-YEAR TERM.
WHEREAS, Richard Heath and Jennifer Vasicek have expressed interest in serving on the Tigard Library
Board and were interviewed by the Mayor's Appointments Advisory Committee on September 17, 2007.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Richard Heath is appointed to the Library Board for a term that begins July 1, 2007 and
expires June 30, 2011.
SECTION 2: Jennifer Vasicek is appointed to the Library Board for a term that begins July 1, 2007 and
expires June 30, 2009.
SECTION 3: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
PASSED: This C day of 2007.
