RESOLUTION NO. 07-a
A RESOLUTION DOCUMENTING THE TRANSFER OF CUSTODY FROM TIIE CITY OF
TIGARD TO WASHINGTON COUNTY THOSE RECORDS CREATED, ASSEMBLED AND
MAINTAINED BY THE CITY OF TIGARD DURING THE TERM OF TIIE CITY OF
TIGARD/WASHINGTON COUNTY URBAN SERVICES INTERGOVERNMENTAL
AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard and Washington County entered into an Urban Services
Intergovernmental Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard and Washington County mutually agreed to terminate said Agreement
as of June 30, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard is no longer an agent of Washington County as provided in the Urban
Services Intergovernmental Agreement; and
WHEREAS, those records created, assembled, and maintained by the City of Tigard under the
purview of said Agreement should be transferred to Washington County staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: City of Tigard staff shall transfer custody to Washington County staff those records
created and assembled by the City of Tigard during the term of the Urban Services
Agreement.
SECTION 2: A listing of the records transferred and the official transfer date shall be documented
and filed with the City Recorder.
SECTION 3: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
