CITY CENTER DEVELOPMENT AGENCY
RESOLUTION NO. 07-
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MARK HALDEMAN, RICK PARKER,
KATIE SCHWAB,JASON SNIDER AND DENA STRUCK TO SERVE AS
MEMBERS OF THE BUDGET COMMITTEE,AND APPOINTING
CAMERON JAMES TO SERVE AS ALTERNATE MEMBER OF THE
BUDGET COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, OREGON BUDGET LAW REQUIRES THAT A BUDGET
COMMITTEE BE FORMED CONSISTING OF AN EQUAL NUMBER OF
CITIZENS AND BOARD MEMBERS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Tigard City Center Development
Agency that:
SECTION 1: Mark Haldeman, Rick Parker, Katie Schwab,Jason Snider and
Dena Struck are appointed to serve as members of the budget
committee concurrent with their terms on the Tigard City
Budget Committee; and
SECTION 2: Cameron James is appointed to serve as an alternate member of
the budget committee, concurrently with his term on the Tigard
City Budget Committee.
SECTION 2: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
