A RESOLUTION FOR THE FOLLOWING APPOINTMENT TO THE LIBRARY BOARD:
KAREN LEVEAR
WHEREAS, an opening exists on the Library Board due to the resignation of Suzan Turley and
WHEREAS, Karen Levear currently serving as the alternate to the Library Board, has expressed
interest in serving on the Tigard Library Board and was interviewed by the Mayor's Appointment
Committee on June 5, 2006.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Karen Levear is appointed to the Library Board for a term that expires on June 30,
2007.
SECTION 2: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
