A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JEREMY VERMILYEA AS A PLANNING
COMMISSIONER
WIEREAS, Planning Commissioner Teddi Duling resigned from the Planning Commission on July
18,2006; and
WFIEREAS,there now exists a vacancy on the Planning Commission;and
WI-EREAS,Jeremy Vermilyea is the alternate to the Planning Commission.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Jeremy Vermilyea is appointed to the Planning Commission to fill the unexpired
term of former Commissioner Duling. This term expires December 31,2006.
SECTION 2: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
