RESOLUTION NO. 06-0'-7
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING PATRICK HARBISON AS A PLANNING COMMISSIONER.
WHEREAS, Planning Commissioner William Haack resigned from the Planning Cbrrimission on
April 26,2006; and
WHEREAS,there now exists a vacancy on the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS,Patrick Harbison is the first alternate to the Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Patrick Harbison is appointed to the Planning Commission to fill the unexpired
term of former Commissioner Haack. This term expires December 31,2006.
SECIION 2: This resolution is effective immediatelyupon passage.
PASSED: This day of 2006.
