RESOLUTION NO. 06-11
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL APPOINTING MICHAEL KRINGLEN,
DOUG COLLING, JEFF JURRENS, ERIC WATSON, GERALD MCI�EE AND ALAN
MITCHELL TO THE TIGARD BUILDING APPEALS BOARD.
WHEREAS, on December 13, 2005, the City Council approved an ordinance amending the Tigard
Building Appeals Board terms; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor's Appointments Advisory Committee interviewed interested individuals on
March 6, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: The following members
will be appointed to the initial terms as indicated and thereafter all terms shall be for a period of four
years.
SECTION 1: The following are appointed to the specific positions indicated:
Michael Kringlen Public Member Four Year Term
Doug Colling Disabilities Member Four Year Term
Jeff Jurrens Fire Official Member Two Year Term
Eric Watson Structural Engineer Member Two Year Term
Gerald McKee Building Official Member Four Year Term
Alan Mitchell Attorney Member Four Year Term
SECTION 2: The terms shall expire on April 1St following their terms.
SECTION 3: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
