Resolution No. 05-19 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON
RESOLUTION NO. 05-
A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING SUSAN KOEPPING FOR HER SERVICE TO THE CITY OF
TIGARD AS VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR.
WHEREAS, the Tigard Beyond Tomorrow Vision Task Force recognizes the value of volunteers as
reflected in the goal: "City will maximize the effectiveness of the volunteer spirit to accomplish the
greatest good for our community"; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard. City Council recognizes the importance of involving volunteers in the community;
and
WHEREAS, Susan Koepping was hired April 15, 1998 and will retire March 31, 2005; and
WHEREAS, Susan Koepping instituted many changes to strengthen and build the role volunteers play in
the City and the community; and
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The City of Tigard is grateful to Susan Koepping for her valuable service as Volunteer
Coordinator and wishes her the best as she retires from the City.
SECTION 2: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
