RESOLUTION NO. 05-14
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THEODORA (TEDDI) DULING AS A MEMBER OF TI3E
PLANNING COMMISSION TO COMPLETE THE TERM INITIATED BY SCOT SUTTON
WHEREAS, an opening exists due to the mid-teiln resignation of Scot Sutton, and
WHEREAS, Teddi Duling was previously appointed as an altemate to the Plami.ng Cormnission, and
WHEREAS,Ms. Duling has expressed an interest in completing the term initiated by Mr. Sutton.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Teddi Duling is appointed to the Plaraiing Com- ission to complete the telco vacated by
Scot Sutton. This term expires December 31,2006.
SECTION 2: This resolution is effective fim- ediately upon passage.
