RESOLUTION NO. 05- I
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT #11 TO THE FY 2004-05 BUDGET TO
INCREASE APPROPRIATIONS FOR FUNDING OF THE CITY MANAGER SEPARATION
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS,the City Manager separated from the City of Tigard in January 2005;and
WI-]EREAS, the City Council approved the final terms of the separation agreement on February 8, 2005;
and
WHEREAS,the FY 2004-05 Adopted budget does not include appropriations for the cost of the separation
agreement.
NOW,TIEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The FY 2004-05 Budget of the City of Tigard is hereby amended as shown in
Attaclunent A to this resolution to increase appropriations in the City Management
Division, Policy & Administration Program, in the amount of$92,074 and to decrease
Central Services Contingency by the same amount.
SECTION 2: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
