A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ACKNOWLEDGING THE VALUABLE
SERVICE RENDERED BY JANE MCGARVIN AS DEPUTY CITY RECORDER,FROM JUNE 2004
TO DECEMBER 2004.
WHEREAS,the office of the City Recorder is held by Catherine Wheatley;and
WHEREAS,the City Recorder was on a six month leave of absence;and
WHEREAS,Jane McGarvin was appointed as Deputy City Recorder for the City of Tigard on a
temporary basis;and
WHEREAS,Catherine Wheatley will be returning to the role of City Recorder effective December 6,
2004,allowing Jane McGarvin to return to service as Deputy City Recorder for the City of Lake
Oswego.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Jane McGarvin has provided excellent service to the City of Tigard as Deputy City
Recorder.
SECTION 2: The City Council and Staff wish to thank Jane for her outstanding support.
