A RESOLUTION TO REAPPOINT KATHERINE MEADS AND JUDY MUNRO TO THE PLANNING
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Katherine Meads is currently a member of the Planning Commission completing a term
vacated by Glenn Mores,and
WHEREAS,Judy Munro is currently a member of the Planning Commission completing an initial four-
year term,and
WHEREAS,Ms.Meads has expressed interest in serving a four-year term and Ms.Munro has expressed
interest in serving a second four-year term,and
WHEREAS,both members are eligible for another term on Planning Commission,and
WHEREAS, Ms. Meads and Ms. Munro were interviewed by the Mayor's Appointments Advisory
Committee in October,2004
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1:Katherine Meads is appointed to the Planning Commission to an initial four-year term which
will begin January 1,2005 and which will end December 31,2009.
SECTION 2:Judy Munro is appointed to a second four-year term which will begin January 1,2005 and end
December 31,2009.
SECTION 3:This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
