A R$SOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL APPOINTING JANE MCGARVIN AS DEPUTY
CITY RECORDER.
WHEREAS,the office of the City Recorder is held by Catherine Wheatley;and
WHEREAS,the City Recorder is on a six month leave of absence;and
WHEREAS,Jane McGarvin is Deputy City Recorder for the City of Lake Oswego;and
WHEREAS,the City of Lake Oswego has entered into an agreement with the City of Tigard to allow
Jane McGarvin to serve as Deputy City Recorder on a temporary basis.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Jane McGarvin is named as Deputy City Recorder. By virtue of this office, she is
empowered by the City Council to act as City Recorder until December 4,2004.
