RESOLUTION NO.04-41
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A NEW COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF TIGARD AND SEN LOCAL 503/OPEU AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
SIGN.
WHEREAS, the current collective bargaining agreement with SEN Local 503/OPEU expires June 30,
2004
WHEREAS,a new collective bargaining agreement has been negotiated for the period of July 1, 2004 to
June 30,2007
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The collective bargaining agreement between the City of Tigard and SEN Local
503/OPEU,effective July 1,2004 through June 30,2007 is hereby adopted.
SECTION 2: The City Manager is authorized to sign the collective bargaining agreement described
herein upon ratification of SEN Local 503/OPEU and adoption by the City Council
SECTION 3: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
