A RESOLUTION MAKING THE FOLLOWING APPOINTMENTS TO BUDGET COMMITTEE:
MARK HALDEMAN IS APPOINTED TO COMPLETE THE TERM VACATED BY TOM
WOODRUFF'S APPOINTMENT TO CITY COUNCIL AND TO A THREE-YEAR TERM TO BEGIN
JULY 1, 2004; KATIE SCHWAB IS APPOINTED TO A THREE-YEAR TERM ON THE BUDGET
COMMITTEE; AND SUSAN YESILADA IS APPOINTED AS ALTERNATE TO THE BUDGET
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, one position is currently open due to the recent appointment of Tom Woodruff to the City
Council,and
WHEREAS,two positions will be open July 1,2004,and the committee does not have an alternate,and
WHEREAS, Mark Haldeman, Katie Schwab and Susan Yesilada were interviewed by the Mayor's
Appointments Advisory Committee on April 6,2004,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1:Mark Haldeman is appointed to complete the position vacated by Tom Woodruff. This term
ends June 30,2004.
SECTION 2:Mark Haldeman is appointed to a three-year term that begins July 1,2004 and
ends June 30,2007.
SECTION 3:Katie Schwab is appointed to a three-year term the begins July 1,2004 and
ends June 30,2007.
SECTION 4. Susan Yesilada is appointed as alternate to the Budget Committee to a two-year term that
begins Julv 1,2004 and ends June 30,2006.
SECTION 5:This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
