RESOLUTION NO.04-19
A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT INITIAL MEMBERS OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT CODE
REVIEW COMMITTEE
WHEREAS,Resolution 04-08 established the Planned Development Code Review Committee,and
WHEREAS, the following individuals submitted applications and were interviewed by the Mayor's
Appointments Advisory Committee on March 1,2004,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1:The following individuals are appointed to the Planned Development Code Review
Committee to fill the five positions for people who live within the Tigard city limits:
Alice Ellis Gaut
Ron Ellis Gaut
John Frewing
Charles Schwarz
David Walsh
SECTION 2:Susan Beilke is appointed to represent the environmental perspective.
SECTION 3: Bill McMonagle is appointed to represent the building/engineering perspective.
SECTION 4:Gretchen Buehner and Scot Sutton,Planning Commission members,are appointed as
recommended by the Tigard Planning Commission to represent the commission on the
Planned Development Code Review Committee.
SECTION 5:This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
